Bottling Trials

Apply to Participate in the Trials VinPerfect will be conducting on-bottle beta tests of our closures during the summer of 2011. Interested producers are invited to apply for participation. Successful outcomes of these trials will result in a commercial release of the closure to the market in the fall of 2011. Here's How the Trials Work You Bottle It: If you have access to a cap bottling line, we are happy to provide you with samples to evaluate the closure in-house on your own wines. We ask only for 2 cases of samples for long-term chemical and sensory testing. To participate, contact us and tell us your screw cap color preferences. We Bottle It: VVinPerfect will be bottling 15-gallon lots of wine for commercial wineries at our facility in Napa. We prefer to work with wines that are pulled from a bottling-ready blend. This lets the VinPerfect caps be compared directly with the current closure. VinPerfect will hold-back 2 cases for long-term chemical and sensory testing, and the other 4 cases will be returned to the winery for internal evaluation.
