This position will evolve to leadership of a team of technical field consultants, and will serve as the technical expert in laser operation and production line management. The Lead Engineer will act as a trainer for bottling line operators, helping certify individuals to ensure that every VinPerfect cap is applied in the perfect way.Qualifications: At least five years experience as an engineer is required. Administration: Administrative Assistant An effective candidate will be well-organized, a self-starter and will manage their time wisely; thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. A strong background in numerical accuracy and attention to detail is critical to a successful candidate. This position will support marketing, sales and fulfillment of product throughout the United States and internationally. Qualifications: At least three years of related experience required, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office-based software, including Excel and Word. Need to have passion for the wine industry. A four-year college degree is preferred. Sales: Sales Manager Individual will be responsible for overseeing sales efforts to wineries domestically and internationally. This position will provide additional support to marketing and sales teams at wineries during their transition from other closure choices to the VinPerfect screw cap and liner system. Position will be located in Napa, CA. Travel will be required. Qualifications: At least three years experience in wine closure sales is required. Anticipated Hiring Date: Q3/2012Sales: Director of National Sales This position will oversee all aspects of sale of VinPerfect cap and liner systems world-wide. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, work well with others in a small work environment, have experience in managing other people and thrive in a project-based work environment. This candidate will establish sales budgets, goals and build the screw-cap business in multiple markets. Travel will be required.Qualifications: At least five years experience in wine closure sales and management experience is required. Minimum of B.A. degree, master’s degree is a plus and can be a tradeoff for experience. |
